1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging IINES Ltd ("we", "our", "us") for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all clients and website visitors.

2. Who We Are

IINES Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in London, UK. We provide web development, SEO, AI visibility, and online reputation management services. Contact: IINES.LTD@proton.me.

3. Our Services

We offer the following services, each subject to a separate engagement agreement:

  • Rapid Launch: Free one-page landing page builds
  • Visibility Audit: One-time SEO and AI visibility audit
  • Revenue Engine: Ongoing monthly SEO and AI visibility retainer
  • Reputation Management: Content removal, suppression, monitoring, and crisis management

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to each client.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver effective results, we require clients to:

  • Provide accurate information about their business, website, and objectives
  • Grant necessary access to platforms, analytics, and content where required
  • Respond to requests for input or approval in a timely manner
  • Ensure all content and materials provided to us are legally owned or licensed

Delays caused by lack of client input may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of IINES Ltd.

5. Reputation Management Specific Terms

For reputation management and content removal engagements, the following additional terms apply:

  • Confidentiality: All engagements are conducted under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We will not disclose client identity, the nature of the work, or any details of the engagement without express written consent.
  • Proof of ownership: For DMCA takedowns and content removal, the client must hold the copyright to the content in question or be authorised to act on the owner's behalf. Filing a knowingly false takedown notice is a criminal offence.
  • No guarantees of specific outcomes: While we have a strong track record of content removal and suppression, no provider can guarantee the removal of every piece of content from every platform. Outcomes depend on platform policies, jurisdiction, and the nature of the content. We guarantee our best efforts and professional methodology, not specific results.
  • Counter-notices: If a third party files a counter-notice to a takedown, the platform may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless legal action is initiated. This is a legal process outside our control.

6. No Guarantees for SEO Results

No SEO agency can guarantee specific search engine rankings, as search algorithms are controlled entirely by Google and other search engines and are subject to constant change. We guarantee professional, industry-standard methodology and transparent reporting. We do not guarantee specific keyword positions, traffic figures, or AI citation frequency.

7. Payment Terms

  • One-time services (e.g. Visibility Audit, Emergency Removal): Payment is due as specified in the individual service agreement, typically 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery.
  • Monthly retainers (e.g. Revenue Engine, Ongoing Monitoring, Full Protection): Payment is due monthly in advance. Retainers are subject to a minimum commitment period as stated in the service agreement.
  • Late payment: Invoices overdue by more than 14 days may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of professional services, work already completed is non-refundable. For monthly retainers, clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice after any minimum commitment period has elapsed. No refunds are provided for partial months.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client (website code, content, designs) become the intellectual property of the client. We retain the right to use anonymised methodologies and frameworks developed during the engagement for future work. We do not claim ownership of the client's existing brand, content, or data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IINES Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, third-party platform decisions, or actions taken by third parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate engagements where a client provides false information, requests illegal activity, or engages in fraudulent conduct.

12. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
