01 / Why train here

Built for
showing up

  • Coached, not crowded

Strength classes cap at 14, so every set gets eyes on it and nobody guesses what a good rep looks like.

  • Weeks with a plan

Sessions follow a written four-week block, so Tuesday builds on Monday. A programme, not rolling dice.

  • All levels, one floor

First-timers and long-time lifters share the same racks. Every class scales, so nobody sits one out.

  • Honest and simple

Three plans, clear prices, cancel with notice. No sales scripts and no small-print tricks.

02 / Classes

Five ways
to work

  1. Barbell Club

Squat, press, pull and hinge with coached progressions. Small groups, bars loaded properly, plenty of chalk.

    60 minMax 14
  2. Volt HIIT

Forty minutes of intervals on a running clock. Bikes, sleds and kettlebells, with every move scaled to you.

    40 minMax 16
  3. Mobility Lab

Slow, deliberate work for hips, shoulders and spine. The class that quietly makes the other four better.

    45 minMax 14
  4. Bag Conditioning

Boxing-style conditioning on heavy bags. Rounds, combinations and footwork. No sparring, nobody hits nobody.

    45 minMax 16
  5. Day One

Beginner onboarding. A floor tour, how to set up and move safely, and a written first four weeks to take away.

    60 minMax 10

    Dani Okafor

    Head of strength

Powerlifter, patient with first squats, fussy about bar paths.

  • ML

    Marcus Lane

    HIIT lead

Ex-rower. Runs the clock and knows when to tell you to slow down.

  • PS

    Priya Shah

    Mobility coach

Former gymnast. Makes stiff hips less stiff, one long hold at a time.

  • TB

    Tom Bright

    Boxing conditioning

Amateur boxing coach. All rounds, no sparring. Sharp on footwork.

  • JK

    Jess Kaur

    Onboarding lead
